The Real Estate Sector Has the Opportunity to Make an Impact

The real estate industry has a significant opportunity – and also a responsibility to promote the sustainability of the society. The most notable environmental impacts of the industry are the climate effects caused by energy and material use throughout the lifecycle of buildings. The well-being of property users, our own staff, and employees throughout the value chain are also essential themes. Responsible procurement and ethical conduct lay the foundation for sustainable operations in the eyes of key stakeholders.
