Our owner Nyfosa becomes Altra Fastigheter – Kielo continues unchanged

Our owner Nyfosa AB, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, has today, 13 May 2026, changed its name to Altra Fastigheter AB.

The name change reflects the Group’s updated strategy and a more clearly defined future direction, guided by three prioritized focus areas: improving operational efficiency, reducing complexity, and optimizing capital allocation. The new name, Altra, reflects the company’s ambition to always dare to explore alternatives and create stronger long-term value.

The name change applies to the Group and all operations in Sweden. In Finland, the company will continue under the Kielo brand – our name, operations, and services remain the same.
