Kasvu Open sparring programme brought Growth drive companies together at Kielo properties – next stop: TOP 30 in Vantaa
The partnership between Kielo and Kasvu Open has been visible this autumn through meaningful encounters across Finland. Kasvupolku sparring days have been organised at Kielo properties in Vantaa, Tampere, Jyväskylä, Lappeenranta and Oulu, where growth companies have had the opportunity to develop their businesses with the support of experienced experts.
Kasvu Open is Finland’s largest sparring programme for SMEs, and Kielo is proud to be involved as a main partner. This autumn’s sparring days have brought together entrepreneurs, coaches and growth enablers in cities where Kielo is present. As companies grow, so do their space requirements. The sparring events have provided Kielo with an opportunity to meet growth companies and discuss how business premises and well-designed meeting environments can support the next stages of business growth.

TOP 30 Growth-driven Companies selected
Kasvu Open announced its TOP 30 Growth Companies of 2026 in September. The companies were selected from the 180 growth-driven companies participating in Kasvupolku based on coach evaluations, jury votes and their activity throughout the programme. The assessment criteria included market potential, growth capability, team strength and proven results.
The TOP 30 companies have a combined turnover of approximately EUR 40 million, with plans to grow it to EUR 129 million over the next three years. To support this growth, the companies aim to recruit nearly 400 new employees.
Next, the TOP 30 companies will gather at an event hosted at Gate8 in Vantaa, where growth companies, coaches and partner organisations will once again come together.
From this group, the Kasvu Open jury will select ten finalists, to be announced on 15 October 2026. The Growth Company of the Year 2026 will be chosen at the Kasvu Open Carnival in Jyväskylä on 28 October 2026.
