At the southern edge of the Herttoniemi business area, there is a complex of properties used for educational purposes by Stadin AO. These versatile premises are suitable for both education and production, storage, and office use. Currently, Stadin AO provides education for young people, adults, and organizations within these premises.

The property was originally completed in 1967, with an extension added in 2011. The premises include classrooms, lecture rooms, restaurant space, as well as education halls for woodworking, metalwork, and jewelry workshops. Premises can be divided for various purposes and those also features a separate office wing.

Accessibility is excellent: bus stops are just a few hundred meters away, and Herttoniemi metro station is approximately 900 m distant. Nearby Itäväylä road ensures smooth access for drivers. Parking spaces are available in the property’s courtyard and along the streets. Additionally, there is a loading area/ramp on the eastern side.

Herttoniemi offers comprehensive services, from shops to restaurants and fitness centers. The area also houses Kauppakeskus Hertsi (Hertsi Shopping Center). Surrounding the property, you’ll find residential areas as well as both commercial and light production premises.
